Breathe the Feeling
In the society we live in, it is not always appropriate to be silly and all funny just because we feel like it.
Do you remember last time you had a good down to earth belly laugh, a genuine laugh without any substitute for living the present moment?
If you feel at times that your head is too small to handle the vastness of the world and its incessant demands on you, then try to think for a very brief moment, that there are some people out there that will never have a chance to experience a good belly laugh, because they are far too busy trying to survive.
If you have it all but your head still hurts, then take one good laugh twice a day after breakfast and before diner, because those strangers you have never met and that you are unlikely to meet would give anything to be in your shoes right now.
If you cannot make a genuine effort to smile big, maybe you could try every day to stretch a bit more and laugh for those who cannot, laugh really hard so they can hear you.
Caution: Do not let any substance play with your synapses but instead learn to relax freely and keep on laughing for those who have given up long time ago.
Be a good clown for fun sake – the costume is optional.
